It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Technology Business Execution Consultant in Customer Excellence Data & Analytics (CEDA). The CEDA Team is part of Enterprise Complaints and Remediations (ECR) and is comprised of a group of analytically skilled professionals tasked with the goal of capturing and analyzing data around customer interactions for the purpose of identifying opportunities and developing analytical models to improve the customer experience.In this role, you will:
Work as an advisor to more experienced leadership influencing technology and data platforms supporting highly complex business and technical needs across one or more lines of business
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in depth evaluation across multiple lines of business or the enterprise
Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and which require understanding of organizational goals or priorities and technology to develop executable strategies and plans
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions related to technology matters that are large scale, cross functional, or companywide
Provide direction to a cross functional team using a combination of business, technical and data expertise
Engage with the technology team and more experienced leaders to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business and for execution of reporting and analytical processes
Support large scale data platform migrations and technology deployments including creating technical specifications and validating data
Effectively building and delivering presentations and communications regarding technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders and Senior/Executive Leaders
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Technology in support of Business Services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the remediation life cycle and enterprise Remediation policy
Experience working with Remediation data and reporting organizations
Significant SQL experience
Significant data analysis experience, including documenting data requirements.
Ability to articulate issues and risks, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
Experience building and establishing formal controls and procedures related to data environments
Ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with continual change
