RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a growing Semiconductor technology company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support their wirebond product line. We are working directly with the Hiring Manager on this search assignment. The company offers a competitive compensation package including base salary, annual bonus, etc. This position is partial remote.
Duties Include:
Senior Project Manager will lead development and innovation projects in support of wirebond and power packaging
Communicate technical topics to current and prospective customers
Drive adoption of strategic technologies across factories. Initiate business creation plans in key markets
As a Senior Project Manager, you will work with R&D teams on comprehensive roadmaps for materials, packages, and processes
Execute a rapid response to commercial issues requiring a technical solution
REQUIREMENTS:
BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, Materials Engineering, or similar field
6-8+ years of relevant experience in the semiconductor industry
Content expertise in wirebond, die attach, mold, solder, or materials preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently, self-motivated and perform hands on engineering tasks
Past experience solving difficult problems while working with diverse teams
Demonstrated aptitude for learning and working with worldwide computer systems as well as advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and PLM systems
Ability to communicate directly with customers in order to explain problems and solutions to technical challenges
Experience working in the semiconductor industry in the package assembly area desired
