TeamSoft’s client is looking for a QA Engineer!
Responsibilities:
Use test automation software programs, including Selenium, to set up test trials and preconditions to examine product functionality, content, and user friendliness.
Simulate product performance, evaluate results, and compare those results with predicted outcomes.
Test, analyze, and improve product performance during development of software or applications, being sure to work with engineers and advise on the design of products to improve quality and usage.
Identify and document product problems or defects in the company’s tracking systems to create databases of known defects to develop protocol for repeat problems.
Analyze defects and send the product back to developers for modification.
Review product requirements and specifications to foresee potential issues, provide input of functional requirements, and advise on design.
Qualifications:
Associate's or bachelor's degree program in computer engineering, computer programming, or information technology or equivalent experience as a QA Engineer.
3+ years’ experience and proficiency in operating systems, hardware, and computer programming languages.
