Full time position with duties including sales/use tax reporting, city/state contractor's license renewals, 1099 electronic processing and secretary of state/franchise returns. Proficiency in Microsoft Office a must. Construction accounting experience, QuickBooks, a degree in accounting or lengthy accounting experience a plus. Must have experience in AR, AP & GL. The employer is located in Sedona, Arizona and is nationwide construction organization. The person selected for this position will also assist the CFO with projects, reconciliations and training/support for accounting staff as needed.
