A Flagstaff Residential Owners Association is accepting resumes for a community Compliance Officer. The Compliance Officer is responsible for the enforcement of the community's covenants by conducting weekly inspections in the neighborhood and surrounding common areas in order to maintain an attractive neighborhood.
Duties include:
Learn each community's covenants and restrictions as well as follow any Board requests in regards to enforcement.
Establish drive order for inspection schedule.
Conduct drive through inspections noting any property violations as well as common area issues.
Applicants must have exceptional customer service and communication skills, work well in a team environment, have excellent organizational and computer skills, and are familiar with Microsoft Office products. Applicants must also have a clean driving record.
Experience in the property management field or with property inspections, and experience working with an HOA community is preferred. Employment is contingent on background and drug screening. Please reply with your resume and salary requirements.
