We are currently seeking highly motivated, upbeat, team oriented individuals to lead a large apartment community in Flagstaff!
Duties vary but include touring prospective residents, customer relations, maintaining knowledge of the current market, reporting, see residents through their move-in and renewal experience, conducting all aspects of future resident's initial certifications, hosting community events and marketing. Strong customer service skills, time management, marketing/sales and conflict resolution/communication skills are a must.
