Service Advisor: Responsible for greeting customers, scheduling appointments, communicating customer concerns to technical staff, updating customers, informing customers of factory recalls or recommended maintenance. Fundamental customer relationship skills are required and Babbitt Ford will provide training to enhance customer service skills. Previous service experience is a plus !
