Dan Hakes Agency is currently seeking to add a highly energetic and motivated Customer Service Representative to our team. This is a full time position with opportunity for career growth.
This position is responsible for greeting, serving, and advising our clients. Must be able to also provide additional policies when appropriate.
Duties Include:
-Provide service to agency clients
-Cross-sell all products of the agency
-Assist in managing weekly marketing systems
-Maintain agency computer files and records
-Oversee and maintain client application and policy information
Personal Characteristics we are looking for:
-Highly motivated individual, eager to succeed
-Positive thinker with a can-do attitude
-Good organizational skills
-Proficient with basic word processing and computer applications
-Outgoing and friendly personality
Requirements
-High School diploma or equivalent
-Bi-lingual candidates a plus
-Current insurance license or ability to obtain P/C and Life license
-Typing 40+ WPM Minimum
