We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to provide an exceptional experience for CertaPro Painter's customers by managing their projects from start to finish from both an office setting and in the field.
Overview:

⢠Provide an exceptional job opportunity for CertaPro's painters and Job Site Supervisors (Foremen) to be the employer of choice
⢠Provide exceptional support to our Job Site Supervisors and build a performance culture among the team
⢠Service all customers with the objective of meeting their painting needs and building customers for life
⢠Develop a recruiting and retention program for Job Site Supervisors, on-board new hires and set them up for production success
⢠Ensure that all field programs and systems are being executed
⢠The Customer Service/Production Manager is the designated Safety Officer

Some of the duties required:
⢠Coordinate job starts with customers, ensure we have all necessary documents prior to the job
⢠Assign crews to jobs and provide them with all necessary paperwork
⢠Update daily job progress in our CRM system
⢠Be responsible for administrative tasks related to customers and jobs including invoicing, updating job calendars
⢠Provide support to our painting crews
⢠Ensure crews are working to their full potential and following procedures including CertaPro's Certainty
Service System
⢠Recruit and support painters while they are being trained
⢠Perform quality inspections of jobs in progress
⢠Work with crews and customers to resolve any issues
⢠Coordinate production and safety meetings
Requirements:
⢠Excellent communication skills via phone and email
⢠Experience with computer systems, CRM, Excel, Word
⢠Detail Oriented and organized
⢠Able to follow systems
⢠Painting or construction experience a plus
⢠Bilingual in Spanish a plus
⢠Energetic self starter with a positive attitude
