We are a self storage business located in Cottonwood AZ and are looking for a part time manager. The part time manager will be filling in for the full time manager when he is on vacation (two to three weeks a year), occasionally for sick days or partial sick days plus about one scheduled day per month (often on the 1st or 2nd of the month). We need someone who has time to be available when we need them. An open schedule and open availability to work when we need you is key. Perfect for a retiree.
The part time manager should be a professional and friendly person committed to customer service. The part time manager shows and sells storage units to customers, opens and closes the office, takes payments and more. Basic computer operation in windows is needed, with the ability to learn and competently use our property management software. Paid training will be provided.
Pay: $14 Per Hour.
