Job Title: Solar Design Assistant
Job Summary
The Solar Design Assistant will be responsible for logistical management of projects from Site Analysis, Design, and Permitting, Monitoring and Maintenance of current systems which includes original input, troubleshooting and service calls. Will be asked to assist in drawings required for monitoring, as well as drawings required for projects if needed.
Abilities Required:
The qualified individual must have current AutoCAD experience and 2d drafting skills and be able to create new sets of permit drawings from existing ACAD templates. Knowledge of solar energy concepts and basic balance of system equipment is required, but up to date specifications of all PV products is not necessary. Must be a great communicator and able to keep good relations with customers. Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required. Must have experience in electrical engineering.
