Administrative Assistant Real Estate Runner

Employee will assist with weekend rollover capacity by continuing customer service and project implementation through the weekend as directed by Operations Manager.

This position may also include Website / IT projects as necessary.

Employee will be available a few hours during the week to assist with various tasks and errands at the direction of Operations Manager and Broker.

Employee must have a current driver’s license, auto insurance, and own reliable transportation.

Schedule :

20-30 hours / week

2-3 weekdays as needed

Sat / Sunday 9 : 00am-2 : 00pm required

Compensation : $13 - hourly

Responsibilities :

Duties / Accountabilities :

Follow existing systems, MFO scripts, and communicate assigned and completed tasks back to operations manager

Answer phones, set up showing appointments, and log in CRM software

Direct buyer calls to buyer’s agents

Clean office daily or weekly as needed

Create and send an updated HUD home marketing email weekly, after approval from Broker

Print appropriate expired / cancelled listings and locate the name and numbers of the owners from the MLS daily

Various office projects that include creating excel spreadsheets, office checklists, and inspection sheets

Sign assembly and installation as needed on properties

Run office errands as needed

Create fliers for HUD homes and deliver to the properties as needed

Update Flagstaff Top Producers website when needed, basic web skills needed (must be knowledgeable in MAC and PC computers)

Weekly data input

Special philanthropic project management (other websites, support)

Follow up with clients in database as needed

Miscellaneous projects and errands as directed by operations manager

Strong computer skills in both MAC and PC
