Historic Southwest restaurant seeks experienced Kitchen Manager/Corporate Chef. Position will be responsible for daily prep production for up to 1,000 guests as well as labor control and ordering for the prep department. Candidate will be working primarily out of a newly constructed satellite kitchen in Uptown Sedona to produce product for main restaurant kitchen. This position will also contribute to menu development and main kitchen responsibilities. Working knowledge of Chef Tec a plus, as using the system will be a necessity. This position is salaried with benefits and bonuses. Family owned restaurant for 25+ years, room for growth.
