We are a local coffee shop with a fantastic staff that needs to add to the family. We have an opening for a breakfast/prep cook. Currently we need about 20+ hours filled. Experience is a must.
We are looking for someone who can remember regulars and their orders, who is personable and friendly, and who is looking for long term work and would like to remain with our business for min. of a year or more.
Our menu is simple, but tasty. There are a ton of bagels, burritos and sandwiches ordered in the morning rush, so someone who can work under pressure gracefully is desired. We hope to find a professional who cares about the quality and presentation of the food they are serving, and who works CLEAN. We would love to have someone with the desire to continually improve work flow, organization and efficiency. We have an OPEN KITCHEN so personal appearance needs to be tidy.
We strive to create a work environment that is respectful and professional, and that is also a place you want to come everyday. We offer a staff discount on food and drinks.
With the goal of creating and maintaining camaraderie, the owners plan a yearly staff appreciation day, a staff holiday party, and other small gatherings throughout the year. We do our best to take care of each other.
