Java juice cafe is looking for team members who are clean, experienced, organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Must have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, a passion for healthy food, a need for cleanliness and a good work ethic.
Must enjoy cleaning.
Some responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe, including working hands-on with staff taking care of customers proper use, cleaning and maintenance of restaurant equipment including crepe & bubble waffle maker, espresso machine, cash register, soft serve machine and back of house equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
Ensure all cafe areas are clean and prepped.
Requirements
Availability to work regularly with no upcoming vacations or breaks (including weekends and holidays)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Positive attitude
Passion for healthy food
Flexibility in schedule
High school diploma
Additional certification (e.g. in Business Administration or Hospitality) is a plus
Must have current food handlers card or willing to get certification before employment.
Must have reliable transportation.
