This Ski Lift Lodge Manager reports directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and is responsible for overseeing and managing all restaurant and lodging operations at Ski Lift Lodge. This position will ensure the highest quality guest experience while elevating restaurant and lodging profitability and sustainability. Manages all functional areas of the lodge and restaurant including staffing, quality of service, restaurant and kitchen staffing, maintenance and housekeeping, and reservations.
Administrative Functions:
- Manage Lodge budget
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
- Hire employees and manage labor costs
- Train employees
Back of House Functions:
- Hire and train cooks and service employees
- Ensure proper sanitation
- Plan and coordinate menu
- Manage housekeeping and maintenance needs
Front of House Functions:
- Maintain cleanliness of restaurant and lodging
- Enforce uniform and dress code policies
- Book lodging reservations and answer questions
