Eligibility requirements:
Registered Nurse Only - preferably acute care, rehabilitation, skilled, or long-term care
MUST HAVE: Valid RN License, Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
Welbrook's ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse who is forward thinking individual with a passion for Training and Developing a nursing Team.

Key roles and responsibilities:
As Welbrook's Director of Staff Development you will be responsible to train all staff. This would include nursing staff, dietary, housekeeping, and laundry. You would be able to specialize in Infection Control as our designated Infection Preventionist. This position requires a current AZ Registered Nurse license.
Welbrook sets the guidelines and standards and it will be up to you to develop your program. You must be a self-starter, independent and passionate nurse to be successful in this position.
