Medical Front Office Receptionist
Busy and expanding clinic needs experienced receptionist. Preference given to those with the following backgrounds:
Able to take initiative, multi task with strong time-management skills in a fast paced clinic with high customer service skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
This candidate will welcome patients to the practice in a professional, polite manner
High call volume with the phones while scheduling for multiple providers
Review patient charts to be sure proper paper work is in the charts and enter into the computer
Must have excellent computer skills
Informs patients of the financial responsibility upon check in
Follow prescribed protocols for problem resolutions
Be aware of checked in patients in the clinic to track that the schedule is being followed in a timely manner
Schedule and confirm appointments for all providers
Provide proper check out procedure for the patient and be sure they are clear on the providers instructions given and answer any questions the patient may have
Managing receivables
Posting daily charges
Receipting, reconciling and depositing money
Submitting electronic claims
Sending monthly statements
Compiling monthly reports
Insurance claim follow-ups
Filing medical liens
Efficient communication to all providers in the facility
Taking initiative in all aspects of daily operations
Other projects and responsibilities will be assigned by the Clinic Manager

Job experience preferred: 2 years, chiropractic clinic experience a bonus
Compensation: Based on experience
