I'm looking for a ranch hand in exchange for free RV/trailer land space on a beautiful 2.5 acre property on which I live, (in a 4 bedroom house) in Cornville. You may bring your horses if you have any, as there are plenty of corrals. The views are stunning of the national forest, which is right across the street! There is also a river and a creek walking distance from the house, as well as an Indian ruin. The property is 25 minutes from the red rocks of Sedona and 15 minutes from Cottonwood. An ideal location!
Duties include 1-2 hours per day, 5 days per week:
Cleaning manure from 2 miniature horses (not a lot) tho I may eventually get a riding horse too
Feeding/watering horses (they use slow feed nets so it's very easy)
Clean water buckets
Horse wellness-observation
Loading and unloading bales of hay
Creating/fixing fences
Weeding-mowing
Odd jobs
You must be: very strong, clean, organized, responsible, dependable, positive and a solution oriented person. Preferably between the ages of 25-58. No drugs, smoking or alcohol EVER. Clean, healthy and positive people only. You must be conscious and understand that we create our own reality with our thoughts, feelings and actions. Natural body products, cleansers, sprays only. I am firm on all the qualities written in this paragraph so please don't waist our time and only apply if you are already on this path. I know this is not the ordinary person. I am looking for the extraordinary person to join our family of friends!
Priority will be given to those who have:
Building, welding, irrigation, fencing, experience
Horses and horse trailers
Equine knowledge and experience
Vet experience (giving shots, etc.)
Interest in partnering up to train horses and/or use your horses for lessons
Loving, gentle, friendly, respectful, good communicators
A love for organic food, organic gardening, vegetarianism
Organic farming experience
Eco knowledge regarding solar and alternative energy
Land space comes with wi-fi, garbage, water hose, electric hook ups and sewer outlet. There is also a round pen, hay storage, barn for storage, riding arena and four extra corrals on the property. We also have bikes and paddle boards and love to have fun and go on adventures.
Rent: $0
Utilities: Approx $75-$100 per month per person, depending on totals that will be divided by 4-5 people and if you use the W/D or not.
Returnable safety deposit: $250
At this point, myself and one other woman live in the house. (50's and 30's) My two minis and her dog, Picasso. I can give you more info about us in a private conversation. We have one more room for rent in the house for $700 (comes with a shared kitchette with one other woman) or two rooms for $1,200 to yourself. We are creating organic gardens and a type of small community, eco-village and family environment, where we have fun together, gardening, building and sharing life. We will be sharing dinners, shopping, horse walking, gardening, etc., and we would like you to join us. Please let me know if you would like to participate. If we have 4-5 people total it would mean you would only have to make a vegan dinner every 4-5 days, yet you could enjoy a home cooked dinner daily!

This is what my other add says for the room for rent:
1 furnished or non-furnished room for rent plus a kitchenette/office/lounge in a 4 room house with two others. Your side of the house has a separate entrance, full bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 1 room turned into a kitchenette. (No sink in the kitchenette.) The kitchenette may also be turned into an office/lounge if you prefer, or all three. In addition to these rooms, you may also use the main kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry room and meditation room on the other side of the house, and everything outside, such as the patios, decks, yards, organic garden, horse corrals, etc. There is also a massage table.
There are 3 rooms total on your side of the house: (2 bedrooms and 1 kitchenette/office with door and closet). You will share the bathroom with one other conscious and clean person only.
1 bedroom and sharing the kitchenette/office/lounge with 1 other person = $700 plus utilities
Or
1 bedroom plus the kitchenette/office/lounge completely to yourself = $1,200 plus utilities
There is a beautiful room for meditation, yoga and music on the other side of the house. (You can see it in the photos)
I have 2 miniature horses. You may bring your horses or get a horse as long as you clean up after them and pay for hay. There are plenty of corrals. The property is 2.5 acres and across the street from National Forrest with views "to live for!" Lots of hiking trails, an Indian ruin and two rivers within walking distance right across the street. Great wood deck out front and a covered patio in back. Wood burning stove in living room. Tons of space. A barn to store some things in. We also have grass lawns, a rarity in AZ!
I have begun planting the organic vegetable gardens and it's looking good! Apple tree, zucchini, bell peppers, beets, cilantro, basil, parsley, egg plant, artichoke and tomatoes planted and so much more. There is plenty of horse manure to use and I have the perfect place to make dirt/compost. There is lots of room to expand for more and more vegetable gardens as time goes on.
You must be excited about and want to:
Live in a small community/household of 4-5 conscious, amazing, healthy, vibrant people (3 in the house and 1-2 on the land in an RV/trailer)
Work in the garden
Take care of and love and adore miniature horses (may get some big ones later)
Help around the property-weeding, building raised garden beds, etc.
Shopping
Cleaning
Cooking/prep: vegan dinners at night (If we divide it by 4 people we only have to cook dinner every 4 days :) You don't have to be there I have a beautiful long wood table on which to dine.

Looking for 1 more conscious, grounded, simple, healthy, CLEAN person. You must understand that we create our own reality and know how to be and speak positively. No drugs users including "plant medicine," alcohol drinkers, pharmaceutical takers, chemical product users or smokers EVER. I am firm on this so please don't apply if you take any of those as it will waist both of our time. This is a safe, healing and peaceful environment for all. The only way to be conscious and self-responsible is to not numb and dumb yourself and be present to your emotions and others.
Looking for balanced people, both spiritual and Earthy. Not spiritual "woo-woos" or organized religious types.
Natural house products and body products ONLY. For example, deodorants, lotions, shampoo, household cleaner, laundry detergent, etc., must all be natural. I am firm on this as it is the only way to be truly healthy, without breathing in chemicals or putting them on your skin. Therefore, you must shop at a health food store.
Mostly vegetarian okay. All food must be organic and free range. I lean toward vegetarian/vegan/raw food/cooked food/gluten-free/no added sugar/mostly vegetarian. I eat intuitively so I can't put a label on it. All community meals (dinner) will be vegan.

I am a 54 yr young organic gardener, medical intuitive healer, channel, author, spiritual tour guide in Sedona and sometimes a horse trainer/mustang gentler. I am healthy and eat organic foods and use natural products. I am down to earth and straightforward yet also friendly and giving. You must be secure enough for teasing and laughter. I laugh at myself too!
The woman to share your side of the house is 30 years of age and into astrology, gardening, crystals, horses, guitar playing and so much more. She is from S. Africa and is very soft spoken with a kind heart. She has a medium sized dog named Picasso, so you must love animals.
You may have an outdoor pig, rabbit, horse, donkey, maybe chickens?
Is there a strong amazing man who likes animals, organic gardening and who is handy with tools who would like to live with three Goddesses to balance all the female energy? There may be room for one more ranch hand as well, if you are interested in that.
I have interviewed many people but am still looking for that special person to be part of this family of 4. You must be all of the things I mentioned above ALREADY, and not think this would be a nice lifestyle change for you. (It's like looking for a love partner- better not to try to change anyone and to accept them for who they are.) That's why I'm looking for someone who is already at this level of awareness and who has found this healthy path on their own.
