Brakemasters of Flagstaff is looking for a motivated individual for performing oil changes and general repairs. Lube Techs responsibilities include apprenticing, maintaining an organized, neat and safe working area, performing oil changes and tire rotations, replacing air and cabin filters, performing various vehicle system flushes (i.e. power steering, transmission, coolant), replacing belts and hoses, minor service repairs (wiper blades, fuel filters, etc.), testing and installing batteries. The position works into a General Services Tech position with added growth performing more technical repairs and maintenance such as Brakes and Air Conditioning repairs. The position requires a valid Drivers License. Must be able to operate vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Assists in maintaining shop appearance and safety standards and in ensuring the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties as instructed by management. The position can work into full time for the right candidate. Can work with a school schedule. This position requires employee owned tools. Applicants should apply in person.
