Maintenance/ Handy man needed to perform minor maintenance tasks in homes occupied by developmental disabilities persons. These tasks are not limited to but included, drywall repair/ faucet replacement/ fencing repairs / cabinetry repairs, replacement/ minor electrical troubleshooting. Must have your own tools, reliable transportation, possess a valid driver's license and be 21 years of age. You may also be assigned to arrange and meet contractors for larger repairs if necessary. In addition to experience with minor repairs, administrative experience, and experience with building and maintaining positive professional relationships is ideal. Serious inquires only.
There is also an element of administrative duties associated with this position, in which the employee will assist with written and photographic documentation and properties as leases are initiated, renewed and as they are ending. The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with landlords, administrators and community specialists a must.
This is a full time position will maintain homes Flagstaff Az, Cottonwood Az, and Prescott Valley Az. Travel to these areas will be required, reimbursement for mileage.
