Looking to fill a skilled, part time Apartment Maintenance Technician position beginning May 6th. The position is 24 hours per week and consists of:
-Grounds Maintenance including picking up trash around the property and snow removal during the winter season.
-Apartment turns including drywall repair, paint and general repair tasks
-Work orders including electrical, plumbing and other basic mechanical repairs.
-Applicants will be REQUIRED to be on call for after hours emergencies and must have a valid drivers license with the ability to pass a criminal background/drug test.
-Were not looking to hire seasonally, but we are willing to work around the schedule of potential applicants.
-Compensation is $14 an hour with the addition of monthly commission and sick time after 90 days. Please reply by email with a copy of your resume and any other relevant information. Thanks!
