Looking for an energetic, focused, native punjabi-speaking assistant for a small law firm. We handle a high volume of Punjabi clients and we are preferably looking for someone who lives close to Sedona or would be willing to commute to Sedona. Ideally this would be an in-house position, which requires working 3-7 hours per day. Hours may vary and could be flexible, but will be required during regular business hours. The number of days per week could also be flexible. This is a part to full time position and includes answering the phones, tending to client needs, scanning documents, preparing and organizing files, potential motion preparation (which would be overseen and trained).
The main purpose of the position is to answer the phones, make calls, manage client documents, and keep clients informed. This could potentially be a remote-working position, but hours would likely be more limited.
