Retention Marketing Assistant: 3-4 months, potential temporary to permanent position

The PLG Retention Marketing Assistant will play a key role in helping Deckers Brands understand

their customers and improve customer experiences across multiple channels. You will coordinate

activations working with teams across the organization on both small and large-scale CRM

marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate is someone with a strong background in developing data-driven marketing

campaigns that achieve stellar results. This candidate should be able to develop creative digital

marketing activations from complex analytics and trends.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS:

Works well with all levels of the organization, all international offices and outside vendors. Develops

and maintains productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors,

and others. Represents the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with cross-divisional teams to develop data-driven marketing campaigns that will increase customer lifetime value and reduce churn rates (including but not limited to brand marketing, digital marketing and merchandising, central marketing, and vendors).

Work with marketing technology partners and stakeholders to execute effective campaigns.

Collaborate with brand marketing and insights teams to develop strategies to utilize customer segmentation models.

Extract data from various sources and analyze to get actionable business insights that can feed campaign ideas.

Support FLG Manager in development of UGG Rewards program.

Reporting and analysis of FLG email programs.

Contribute to expansion of and maintain all automated/triggered/personalization email campaigns.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Functional Competencies:

 2+ years of digital marketing experience.

 Experience working with large data sets and performing quantitative analysis

 Strong communication skills

 Extensive MS Excel experience

 Experience with marketing automation software and segmentation tools

 Experience with Silverpop or other top tier ESP

 Great presentation skills - ability to build a strong storyline using PowerPoint

 Ability to self-prioritize and manage tasks across multiple projects
