The Hozhoni Foundation is seeking individuals dedicated to helping adults with intellectual disabilities develop employment skills. Our comprehensive programs are designed to promote self-sufficiency, independence, and quality of life for those we serve.
Hozhoni Enterprise Manager of Employment Services.
This position is responsible for the Hozhoni's current Employment Programs in Flagstaff and Prescott and their future growth. The position will be responsible for the spectrum of employment programs, from youth transition services through independent and employment in the community.
The successful candidate will establish and maintain contacts with current and future funders, employers, and other groups potentially interested in hiring clients as well as other community-based organizations promoting employment for individuals with disabilities.

Education/Experience/Requirements
.
Minimum HS and two years experience in working with or around individuals with disabilities, also 6 months experience in outside sales or in similar employment program.

Maintain acceptable Arizona motor vehicle license/record.
Supports/adheres to all agency policies and procedures, as well as operational philosophies.
Must be flexible to work extended shifts, or at different work sites and hours as needed.
Must maintain all required certifications / background checks / clearances and stay current on training requirements.
