Looking for an energetic, friendly, outgoing person to run the front office of a very busy accounting and tax firm. Position open immediately.
Job Duties:
1. Answer phones
2. Make appointments
3. Database management/client correspondence/email
4. Hand out and go over tax returns with clients
5. Bookkeeping and data entry during the off season
6. Weekly bank deposits/mail runs
7. Client Payroll
8. Opportunity to work into full-time bookkeeping/accounting position
