LPSS is a digital marketing and strategy consulting agency that works with businesses of all sizes to help them grow. Growth is the bottom line and is a guarantee we make to our clients. How? By advising them on marketing and revenue strategy and by handling social media, search, ad campaigns, email newsletters and other essential tasks for flat monthly fees on their behalf.

We are completely changing how small and medium sized businesses think about marketing and digital channels. And you will play a critical role in getting us where we need to go.

Here's how it works:

We spend our days talking to prospective clients, executing on work for existing clients and keeping track of a thousand little things that come up along the way.

You will have daily responsibilities like tracking who is working on what, what clients need to hear back from us and reviewing/trafficking support questions. There will also be tasks that crop up throughout the day- some urgent, others less so.

This is a role for someone who considers themselves very organized. We need that on the team and, if you distinguish yourself, you could be in charge of instituting systems and tools to keep everyone rowing in the same direction. There is significant room for growth.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize monthly webcasts

- Plan and organize quarterly client appreciation events- dinners, concerts, team building activities, etc.

- Daily assessment of existing projects, rebills, new client onboarding and other details

- Be available/reachable throughout the day (Pacific work hours 9am-6pm, Monday-Friday); requests will come in throughout the day and may need to be turned around quickly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Excellent spoken and written English

- Proficiency with standard communication tools (email, Slack, Google Hangouts, phone) and the Google suite of services (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.)

- Experience working as a virtual or executive assistant in a fast paced environment (remote is OK) where you did great work and that would be willing to give you a reference.
