FLAGSTAFF-ASSISTANT MANAGER FOR LARGE APARTMENT COMPLEX.
Responsible for showing & leasing apartments, processing all new tenant applications, coordinating make ready repairs, processing rents, inspecting vacant apartments, inspecting grounds, issuing violation notices, responding to complaints and data entry with spectra software.
Must have Muli-Family Housing Experience
NO PETS ALLOWED AT ALL .
Full time, Monday thru Friday, 8 am. to 5 pm. Salary is $1,500 per month, plus free apt, free utilities, free health insurance. IRA retirement plan available.
Must live on site, have a drivers license, auto insurance, no DUI's in the last 5 years, no felonies, a valid Social security no. or an I-9. Must have references and submit to a drug test. Send resume or request for an application
