SEDONA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY SEEKS PART TIME RESERVATION AGENT/ASSISTANT.

WHO WE ARE: We are a rapidly expanding property management company with offices in Flagstaff and Sedona. We manage luxury vacation and home rentals in and around the Flagstaff area.

We are looking for a part time Assistant to help in the day to day running of our busy agency. If you have worked in property management you will understand the time sensitive nature of our business. This position will be working out of your home office.

YOU: You enjoy working with people. You can work quickly and multi task, are used to changing priorities and a heavy workload. You work with minimum supervision and pick up things quickly. You have a great phone manner and pride yourself on providing a responsive service to clients, suppliers and vendors. If you have worked in property (with or without a Real Estate license) or hospitality we would love to hear from you. Applicants with a solid background in client services are highly desired.

HOURS/RESPONSIBILITIES: 25 HOURS PER WEEK (5 days a week including some Saturdays) with some flexibility. Daily tasks include: answering calls, emails, inquiries, booking reservations, running errands, buying and delivering supplies, inspecting properties.

QUALITIES: An excellent phone manner and strong writing skills are essential. We are looking for someone with strong computer and prioritisation skills, who understands the importance of completing tasks in a timely manner. Sense of humor essential.

HOURLY RATE: $15ph.

BENEFITS: We offer growth and long term potential for the right person. Working with minimum supervision you will work from home with the full support of the Flagstaff office.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Clean driver's license, your own vehicle and home office (or space to work comfortably from home: computer/internet, etc). Extensive customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of rentals a plus.
