Performance Staffing has paired with an e-Commerce company. They are currently looking to fill a temporary part-time position as a Help Desk Technician. The ideal candidate will have a background in computer science or in information technology and is able to work independently.
Primary duties and responsibilities will include:
Providing technical assistance to any hardware or software related issues
Responding to queries on the phone, via email, or through remote access
Functional Competencies:

Ability to think analytically
MUST PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
This is a 20-40 hr/week position and is expected to last approximately for 6 months including 1-2 months of remote work and eventually move to an onsite location. Schedule can be flexible.
Pay: $16/hr
20 – 40 hr/week
Temporary, will end in December 2020
