Connolly Electric and Mechanical is looking for full-time HVAC Installers, both experienced and inexperienced individuals. Inexperienced applicants will be trained in the proper methods of installation and will be expected to learn how to install without supervision.
HVAC Installers are trusted to properly install Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems in the homes of our clients. All HVAC Installers are expected to do their best to ensure that all clients are pleased with their experience while installation occurs. The client’s opinion of Connolly Electric and Mechanical and all it’s HVAC Installers is important, therefore, it is critical that all installations are done professionally and without error.
Ideal candidate will have:
- One or more-years of Installation experience in HVAC or other residential installation service
- Must be able to provide work authorization (United States)
Applicants must possess decision-making skills and critical-thinking abilities that they can apply while in the field. Applicants must be accountable for workmanship quality, customer expectations & satisfaction, and overall project expectations.
Qualifications:
· One or more-years of Installation experience in HVAC or other residential installation service (preferred)
· Clean driving record
· Valid driver’s license (preferred)
· High school diploma or GED
· Self-reliant & dependable
· Job Type: Full-time
· Pay: $16-$30 per hour depending on experience
