We are looking for a strong, positive team player with exceptional customer service skills to join our crew, based out of the FedEx Ground Terminal near the Pulliam Airport in Flagstaff. Our drivers specialize in delivering packages of all shapes and sizes in box trucks and sprinter vans to rural and scenic areas such as Grand Canyon, the Navajo Reservation and Page, near Lake Powell.
Commercial driving experience is not necessary. No CDL required. We pay for and provide all training and resources to qualifying candidates who pass a criminal background check and obtain a physical. A minimum salary of $40,000 is guaranteed, plus opportunities for additional monthly and yearly bonuses.
Our employees receive most weekends and all major holidays off, 10 paid days off at one-year driving anniversary and a plethora of appreciation paid days off throughout the year. We also provide an IRA matching program up to 3% towards retirement.
