HT-JCOE - Source Operations Course - Senior Instructor - HTASCDescriptionMust be knowledgeable ofand experienced in the formulation and execution of organizational trainingprograms for intelligence organizations. Must have experience in the formulation,assessment, and execution of training requirements and alternatives (platforminstruction, distance learning, blended training, interactive multimediainstruction). Must have experience in development of requisite trainingmaterials, products, and documentation. Must be capable of instructingpersonnel from prepared course material. Must be available to travel to varioustraining locations. Must have strong written and oral communication skills.Qualifications
Bachelors degree andminimum of two years’ operational MSOexperience post Category 1 certification with a total of five years of sourceoperations experience.
MSOCAT 1or MSO CAT 2 qualifiedequivalent to the course level.
One senior trainingspecialist must have a minimum two years' experience conducting communicationstechnology target exploitation.
Able to drive a motorvehicle for up to five hours without assistance; valid civilian driver license.
Physically capable of sustained walking without a break for five miles over uneven terrain, and in inclement weather.
Able to understand and communicate discreetly during one-on-one conversations in public venues without attracting undue attention.
No more than 10% ofMSO Course Training Specialists received certification training via ASOTC.
