Work you'll do

  • Create standards and best practices following ITIL guidelines, capacity planning, and integration with Deloitte technical support team
  • Solve multidimensional business problems, improve performance, and generate value for the client
  • Work with vendors to build technology roadmaps, evaluate products or solutions and recommend direction based on client needs
  • Stand up cloud infrastructure
  • Automate business processes using AI
  • Design innovative experiences for digital commerce using market leading platforms
  • Develop, architect, and implement a technology strategy to support executive-level business objectives
  • Develop recommendations that optimize the use of technology within an organization, applying strategic technology solutions.
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement

  • Execute advanced services and supervise staff in delivering basic services

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
  • 2+ years of experience reading, editing, or writing code, with scripting experience in JavaScript, Python, and/or Bash and programming experience in Java, C#, C, and/or other relevant languages
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience, either as a software developer or with systems integration.
  • Knowledge of computing and software basics
  • This position is remote but some travel up to 15% may be required


Preferred:
  • 2+ years of experience in advisory at a Big 4 firm and/or in the government space
  • 2+ years of experience with development, testing, and documenting APIs using REST
  • Understanding of analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and communicate findings
  • Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to successfully articulate technology concepts to both business and technology audiences
  • Ability to articulate leading business trends, including the associated technology implications within one or more industries
  • Cyber certification such as Security+


For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. We would not anticipate that the individual hired into this role would land at or near the top end of the range, but such a decision will be dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the range is $47,530 to $98,410.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
