Our client Computacenter is a best in-class IT solutions and services company, and right now they are looking to fill a Help Desk Support role for one of their clients in Mesa, AZ. The candidate would provide Tier 1 Support by assisting IT users documenting the issues using the Jira Ticketing System and performing troubleshooting of systems.

This would be a 4-6 month contract to hire position in Mesa, AZ

Required Skills & Experience
  • 1+ years of Help Desk Support experience
  • Experience with VPN, Windows, Active Directory, O365, logmein, File/Server, Password resets etc.
  • Knowledge of PC/workstation hardware, Server hardware/software, and application development tools
  • Experience with remote computing, technical troubleshooting, and mobile devices
  • Working experience with hand-held software and application delivery process


Essential Job Requirements:
  • Provide technical care for any aspect of information systems, including system hardware, operating systems, applications, and networks.
  • Escalate incidents with accurate documentation to suitable technician, when required.
  • Provide first contact support of incoming requests to the service desk via telephone, web portal, email, chat, and all operational contact types to ensure courteous, timely, and effective resolution of end-user issues.
  • Work closely with various IT functional groups to resolve IT related issues.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for any system-related issues.
  • Setting up equipment for employees as needed including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Copiers, Smartphones.
  • Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.

  • Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
  • Work with end user to test fixes to ensure an incident has been adequately resolved
