The IT Helpdesk Manager ensures works to ensure the highest levels of customer service with rapid response to issues, education on software/hardware use and post resolution follow up to ensure sustained success. The IT Helpdesk Manager must have exemplary leadership and communication skills to efficiently and effectively serve their team and the end users including both direct reports and customers that are remote (multiple markets).ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Supervise the Help Desk Support including all standard supervising functions: hiring, discipline,

recognition, scheduling, training, mentoring, support, .

Create training and development processes and documents to ensure HDS team is appropriately identifying, researching, and resolving information system problems including security, access, hardware and

Utilize system reports, call center metrics, training and coaching to ensure rapid response and accurate resolution to telephone calls, emails and ticket requests for technical

Documents, tracks and monitors tickets, and interfaces internal customers to ensure a high level of service and customer

Lead the helpdesk in efforts to document issues and share solutions to improve the timeliness of future

Develop educational tools for end users on how to use hardware and

Develop policies for escalation of unresolved tickets so they are appropriately assigned to the correct

person and within pre-established

Treats patients and co-workers consistent with the NextCare Mission Statement, Vision, Values and Performance

Performs other related duties as assigned or described by Company
