Hours: 7:30/8:00am - 2:00pm (Monday thru Thursday)

Looking for an experienced person to fill a Part-time position consisting of 3 job titles:

Human Resources responsibilities: New hire paperwork, process bi-weekly payroll, time card calculation, job postings, records management, E-verify, drug screen, background checks

Bookkeeping responsibilities: Monthly journal entries, approve weekly check runs, prepare monthly reports, submit & pay monthly sales tax, assist with entering the budgets, insurance policies, monthly bank reconciliations, bank deposits, enter daily transactions

Office Manager responsibilities: Oversee office staff consisting of accounts receivables position, accounts payables position and an office assistant position. Clubhouse oversight when necessary.
