Storage Facility in Lake Havasu City is looking for a motivated and dependable person to fill a Storage Manager position. This is a 40 hour per week position working five days a week, Mon-Fri (Weekends if needed/By appointment). Storage experience preferred, but not required being Bi-Lingual is a major plus.

Job duties include the showing, renting, and vacating of storage units, greeting customers, answering phones for rental inquiries and making delinquency phone calls. Includes all aspects of running an office including, but not limited to the use of a computer software program, responding to Internet inquiries in a professional manner, communicating with the corporate office, making decisions, reconciling cash receipts, following lien procedures (must be detailed oriented) and the printing/interpreting of reports.

In addition to office related work, responsibilities include being able to work both inside and outside doing maintenance work (i.e. cleaning of units, picking up trash and debris, sweeping hallways and grounds, repair issues, working on doors, painting, etc.)

Our ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well with the public. Possess good time management skills and have the ability to solve problems in a courteous and timely manner. Must have knowledge of computers, sales, communicate well on the phone, and enjoy working with people. Ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Storage Manager must be willing and able to go out and market their facility to other businesses, apartment complexes, etc. The ability to grow the business as a result of networking, marketing and bringing in new customers will result in more pay for the Manager in the form of bonuses and commissions.

Must be able to pass a complete background check, have a valid U.S. Driver's License and a bank account for payroll direct deposit. Trips to the bank, post office, office supply store, etc. will be necessary, so reliable transportation is required along with minimum liability auto insurance coverage with limits set by the company.

Hourly pay depends on experience, starting around $12 to $13/hour. Depending on scheduled number of hours health benefits may be offered. We do offer paid vacations, matching 401k and a good opportunity to make bonuses and commissions monthly.
