HOAMCO is actively seeking a qualified, self-starter candidate to serve as an HOA Community Manager in Bullhead City. The selected candidate will effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the community, in accordance with Board policies and procedures.
The Manager will actively support community values, vision and philosophies, while demonstrating a style of leadership that allows residents' needs to be met with a high level of satisfaction.
You will oversee service contracts for goods and services; monitor and correct Association financial statements; monitor and assist in the collection of delinquencies; assist the Boards and Committees with financial planning; know and enforce CC&RS; be familiar with Association's plat maps; make inspections of, and provide for the maintenance of, common areas; and order emergency repairs on common elements.
Must possess exceptional problem solving, organizational and administrative abilities. Excellent computer and communication skills a must.
This position has flexible hours, including nightly board meetings and an occasional weekend.
