Havasu Powersports is looking for a Service Department Manager. We are a multi-line powersports dealer. We have been in Havasu since 2010, and have been in Parker since 1995. We service 5 major manufactures and we have two certified technicians. This is potentially a salaried position. The pay is based on experience coming in, and the assets you add to our team over time.
The schedule is Tuesday Saturday 8am-5pm 40 hours a week. No Part-Time
Responsibilities include
Managing customers expectations
Scheduling Service work
Managing service support staff
Managing Manufacture expectations
Opening and Closing of Facility
Qualities
Must be detail orientated
Strong administrative capabilities. (Good with paperwork)
Able to multi-task in a ever changing environment
Must have a clean driving record
Great customer service skills
Able to work with various people and personalities.
Able to lift and move items over 40lbs.
