JOB DESCRIPTION
Answer phone inquires show and lease storage spaces, seek out new customers, sell locks, boxes packing/moving supplies and provide superior customer service assisting the Manager in the daily operations of the store and relieving him/her on their days off. Maintain the property at the direction of the manager including painting, cleaning the grounds, cleaning units, mowing and trimming. Flexibility on your part in scheduling is required.
PRIMARY OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES
*Provide superior service to our customers
*Maintain facilities, reports, filing on a daily basis
*Make bank deposits and takes certified mail to post office
*Other miscellaneous office duties
PRIMARY MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
*Keep the site and office clean, including the following:
*Empty trash
*Pick up papers
*Sweep or wash down driveways as necessary
*Clean vacant spaces and restrooms
*Sweep and mop halls as necessary
*Prepare all vacant units for show
*Maintain landscaped areas
*Minor unit and building maintenance, i.e. painting, replacing door hasps, etc
*Maintain rodent control as necessary
*Report damage to building, fence, or other parts or areas of the Project to the
Manager
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
*Own, reliable transportation a must
*Excellent organizational skills
*Able to work with minimal supervision
*Excellent communication and customer service/sales skills
*Computer skills a plus
*Maintenance skills a plus
