Workman Built Inc. is looking for reliable Concrete Finishers and Form Setters for residential project in Kingman and other parts of Arizona. $500 hiring bonus will be paid after 160 hours of work is completed. Pay rate $18-$30 per hour.
Responsibilities and Duties.
Read prints.
Layout footings, tie rebar, set and strip forms.
Work with concrete crew setting forms and assisting with concrete pour and finishing.
Verify that grade and elevation is correct according to plan during layout.
Spread abc to proper grade.
Load and unload various machinery used for concrete placement and finish.
Driving various tractors and excavators is a plus.
Operate motorized equipment including power trowels, saws, etc.
Qualifications.
Dependability is a must. Don't apply if we can't depend on you.
Must be Drug free. Random drug testing will be paid for by company.
Have reliable transportation to get to various job location.
Be self motivated and able to work independent of direct supervision.
Owning own tools is a plus.
