I am looking for someone on a part time/"on call" basis to be my backup when I am out of the office or to help on busy days. Schedule can be flexible and there are no guaranteed hours, strictly as-needed based on workload and schedules, so if you MUST have weekly income, this job is not for you. This position requires the following: MUST have Quickbooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook only) experience. MUST have attention to detail, be very organized and accurate, be able to multitask and switch gears quickly and think about the overall big picture; this is a busy construction office.
