A Toe Truck, a leader in the industry, is seeking career minded individuals for a full-time dispatcher position. Located in the beautiful resort town of Parker, Arizona, our dispatch department is trained to assist the stranded motorist and public agencies in our surrounding areas.
Responsibilities Include:
* Customer Service â Answer multiple phone lines to assist customers, state and local police agencies, insurance companies and contract companies for all roadside and towing needs
* Dispatch drivers for each call; maintain constant awareness of driversâ locations, ETAs, routes and destinations
* Communicate effectively and professionally at all times to determine service and equipment needed along with price and coverage for each call
* Must be able to multi task and have attention to detail
* Maintain an organized work space
* Ability to work independently
Qualifications:
Must be efficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Office experience preferred
Benefits:
$500 sign on bonus after 6 months of employment. Based on performance

We will train the right candidate. Seeking individuals for all shifts including swing and 3rd shift. 40 hour work weeks. Must be available to work weekends and Holidays.
