A Glazier is a key member of our team responsible for working with other glaziers with flat glass installation of shower enclosures, windows, insulated units, commercial storefront and sliding glass doors.
Ideal candidate will have glazing experience and have proven communication skills with supervisors, employees, and customers. Must be self-motivated and able to manage time to effectively meet deadlines.
Specific Responsibilities:
Load, Unload and stage materials
Measure jobs, submit drawings for purchase
Install Insulated Units, Shower Enclosures, Storefronts, Insulated Units, Mirror, Windows and Sliding Glass Doors
Cut and prep: Mirrors, SS, DS and Laminate
Efficiently use materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing supplies on vehicle
Complete invoices and time as required
Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
Keep company vehicle, tools and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition
Perform other duties as needed
Job Requirements:
1-3 Years of Glazing Experience
Physical ability to lift heavy glass objects over 75 pounds
Possess hand tools such as impact drill
Excellent communication skills
Professional appearance and personality
Posses a Valid Drivers License
