Current opening for an Insulation Installer
Job Summary (may include but not limited to):
- Must be comfortable working in tight spaces (attics/crawl spaces) and heights (ladders/scaffolding)
- Load and unload insulation material (must be able to lift 40 pounds)
- Complete prep work for installation (foaming penetrations, caulking gaps, installing baffles, etc)
- Cut sections of batt insulation for proper fit (walls, ceilings, floors, etc)
- Install mesh fabric (netting)
- Load blower machine with material and blow to instructed depth and density
- Install vapor and air barriers as needed
- Use common hand tools (knives, saws, staple guns, etc)
- Some HVAC ductwork repair and sealing as needed
- Properly maintain equipment and tools
- Ensure a clean job site
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures
- Must have a valid drivers license with clean driving record.
Benefits/Compensation: Depending on experience.

One year of experience in the building/construction industry is preferred but not required.
