Private hard money lender seeking accounting/admin/loan servicer to support the Controller, who also travels to CA office. 2 years minimum accounting experience, pleasant front office appearance and demeanor, professional phone voice and strong administrative electronic and physical file management.
Very fast paced workload with a need for attention for detail. Experience with The Mortgage Office (loan servicing software), G-Suite, Assignments of Mortgage prep, Quickbooks online, a plus.
Small office environment - must be able to work independently, self-starter, honest and reliable.
Hours 9-6, M-F.
