We are seeking applications for an accounting position (possible part time) with HR experience to help us service our growing company. This position is located in Mesa, AZ.

- Reliable transportation
- MUST PASS DRUG TEST & BACK GROUND TEST

JOB DESCRIPTION BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:
Accounting
Post and process journal entries
Monthly Account Reconciliation
Provide Month End Reports and Accounting software integrity checks
Audit Accounts
Review expenses and provide reports/information
Update financial data in databases
Corporate Insurance updates and communication with broker; run payroll reports for Workers Comp premium reporting
Manage Petty Cash
Payroll
Collect, verify and post timekeeping information for Service Techs
Calculate pay according to hours worked and Calculate spiffs/commissions
Initiate payments using outside payroll services
Maintain and update records
Set-up and manage payroll deductions, employee loans and reimbursements
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, prepare and submit reports
Accounts Payable
Keep track, process and reconcile payments and expenditures, purchase orders, invoices, statements, checks, refund requisitions etc.
Ensure correct approval, sorting, coding and matching of invoices/receipts
Ensure bills are paid timely
Vendor set-up and maintenance including up-to-date Gen Liability Ins Certs
Accounts Receivable
Daily posting for Daily Deposits
Facilitate Vendor Co-op/Rebate Programs
Gen Liability Ins Certs to Customers
Human Resources
Onboarding new employees - providing forms, collecting information and setting up on line
Perform background checks, E-verify/Hireright
Employee file set-up and maintenance
Assist management with employee status changes and policy updates and changes
Facilitate employee enrollment in company benefit programs including working with broker
Keep management apprised of changes and updates to employment law
