Job brief :
We are looking for reliable Debt Collectors to work in a fast pace environment and perform a large array of tasks. You will be responsible for recovering money owed in little time as possible. Excellent communication skills and a sense of urgency are extremely important to be successful.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Update account status and maintain collection profiles
Comply with all federal laws and regulations ( FDCPA )
Handle questions and escalated calls
Negotiate payment arrangements and a plan of payoff
Investigate and resolve discrepancies
Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
Requirements:
Must be experienced ( at least one year)
Must know how to read a credit report
Knowledge of relevant legal requirements
People skills
Reliable
High school diploma
knowledge of skip tracing
work one late night a week until 8 pm
work one Saturday a month from 8 am to noon
