Looking for an organized and motivated person to manage all aspects of the car rental branch. Training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Use company approved sales and service techniques when determining customer needs
- Offer optional products to meet customer wants and needs.
- Prepare all rental and return documents accurately and completely.
- Qualify each customer using our company rental requirement guidelines.
- Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
- Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
- Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
- Manage Rental Car Fleet
Qualifications
- Personable, Clean Driving record, Multitasker and work well under pressure.
- Must be at least 20 years old
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Background check to be completed
- Be able to work 40 hours a week between 8-5 Mon-Fri and some Saturdays during busy season.
Pay is determined on experience
